fitting hybrid fmic help needed

Talking fitting hybrid fmic help needed

hi have been trying to fot this hybrid fmic from harvey for the last couple of days and now i have become stuck.all the pipes are now on, but the intercooler doesnt sit right at the front of the car as you can see from pics.i was wondering how other ppl installed theres.mounted the intercooler with brackets etc. pictures woul be great if you have any.getting despret as i need car for work.

I bolted the intercooler to the bumper frame first. Your pipes must be just connected and no more as it sits alot higher than that.

Look here it shows you how to fit it.

on here it shows him using two brackets hanging down from the cross member. where is the original bracket from the bumper.it aint in the picture.do you leave this off? put it back on once the brackets are mounted?the site on geocites isnt helping much.

You have to cut the number plate bracket off your bumper bar also a bit of each side as it stops the pipes running to the intercooler. Have you already grinded a little notch out your passenger sides inner wing?.

Have you got a set of instructions?

The core sits far higher and fits to the cross member.
I put two brackets to the bottom and they took a slight bend.
Where are you located?
PS. If you look in the Projects Forum there are several photographs which will show you clearly how the core locates.
