De-cat on 2004 STI

De-cat on 2004 STI
I have a up-pipe to put on my 2004 STI. It does not have a threaded hole for the Lamder sensor. Does it need one ? I am going to fit a full De-cat system.
Can anyone help. If It does need one , what is the thread size in the hole?
