Default Ecu Question ( Sorry)

Guys,
Firstly I know this has been done to death here
But
Just got a JDM WRX (My94) and want to get it Mapped .... this company I approached do piggybacks and I know some people on here have concerns about these ???
http://www.tightrope.ie/road_piggybackECU.html

Im in southern Ireland and its very hard to source 98ron etc. Highest shell grade is stuff called Shell Vpower 95ron
http://www.shell.com/static/ie-en/do...echleaflet.pdf

But these guys say they can map the car to run on 95 octane with no probs. Obviously I have concerns about this . But they were/are quite happy to do this.
They seem to know their stuff !!
http://www.tightrope.ie/

(Also said they would need the car for the whole day onder2: )

So guys ur thoughts on this please

Theres nowt wrong with a scoobyecu type plug in chip to remap your car. Easy to do and probably costs them less than a tenner for materials. As long as they have good maps, and are good at adjusting the maps for your car and checking for det and afr

you can map to anything - you just wont get as much power if you use regular stuff.... could always buy a tanker of octane booster...
