Not turning over

Not starting up
I struggled earlier to get to car to start (Terzo).
It gently rumbled into life after the 6th attempt.
I wondered if the damp had got to anything?
The battery power is fine, the spark plugs are dry, after a general look around, none of the electrical things were wet.
Any other ideas of things to check?
I am really hoping it was a one off and that the car will start ok in the morning.
Thanks,

Did it not turn over or did it turn over and not start.
It is possible for the battery to have 12+ volts and very little amps meaning the car will not start(turn over).Having good battery voltage does not mean the battery is in good condition. Its well worth having it checked properly as a start.
Its also a possibility the starters causing the problem.Brushes could be worn or dirty solonoid contacts.
