Default psi or bar???

my car a my96uk is all running fine now (i hope) fitted a boost gauge and turbo timer the tt is down by the stearing wheel so not to easy to look at when boost is applied now the gauge is at eye level and i think this reads just below 15psi but what is this in bar the car has full decat blitz nur...viper induction....hks dumpy...type ra intercooler raised..chipped ecu is this a lot of about right???

AFAIK 14.5 Psi = 1 Bar

As above, 14.504psig = 1 Bar

is this a lot of about right???
Also depends what chip you have fitted to comment whether the boost you are seeing is correct
