hello all.. in the past 2 days the Red oil light came on when i start the car in the morning. as the car warms up the light goes off!! i checked the oil level and its full.. as the car is parked all day long when i am at work and start it at the evening the light is off.. any advice ? thank you in advance.

 

My advice would be to buy a new sensor and install it, and in the mean time - do not drive the car, you could be doing any amount of damage. The oil pressure warning light comes on at 2.1 PSI.

hi thank you for your reply. some one told me it may be the oil pump.. i will check it as well.
