cold running
i have a 93 wrx it runs great when warm but has started to miss when cold. it starts first time on the key with no gas but needs to be reved to about 3k to pullaway cleanly. we have owned it since november and never had this problem untill now it has had full serivce 2k ago new cam belt plugs coil packs etc.
we run the car on optimax the previous owner had car remaped but only knew that he had boost turned up not what fuel it was maped for though as i say it has run great for the time we have had it.
i know the best thing would be to let it warm up but i dont live in the best of areas lol. i was wondering if booster would de the answer.

i had this on my 93 m8. know exactly what you mean. turned out the screws on my maf to filter was very loose. leaving a gap sucking in unwanted uneven amounts air. that was my prob anyways.
