hi going to change the cambelt on my new car ..what needs to changed at the same time...tensioners etc..and what are the best belts to use.....and what sort of job is it to change the oil pump..for an uprated one..(i think its already done but hey i would like to know...) i can do all the work my self as i am a experienced mechanic any way...help

I would def change the front crank oil seal at the same time, normaly done at 70-90K but for the sake of about £6.

Didn't have it changed when the 1st belt was done on my old MY98 WRX at 35K, about 10k later it started to leak, result, belt off again to fit a new one.
