Default advice please

ive had my 93 jdm wrx 2yrs now already blown 1 engine due to using 95 ron prob.now have a legacy engine in it so ive been told.it has asmaller turbo!ive fitted a dawes device which boosts to .9 bar which im told is safe.always use 97-98 ron with octane booster,have a straight thru exhaust and kn panel filter.need a bit more power as usual where do i go from here?still have the tdo4 turbo but think it may need a rebuild.

already done.has tsl turbo down pipe,centre section and a scoobytek backbox,think its called an afterburner.very noisy at fullboost!
