Forge VTA Vs HKS SS BOV

At the moment I have a Forge VTA Dump Valve but I am about to increase the power of my 03 STi to around 380bhp and was wondering if it would be worth changing the DV to the HKS one as I have heard good reports on these.

not worth changing in my opinion, you may need a stronger spring in the forge but it is capable of holding enough pressure for your needs.
