Help my sick scooby!!
I have got an MY95 WRX which has got a loud clicking noise coming from my 3 port boost solenoid, is this normal as my car feels sluggish though as far as I know I'm still hitting 0.8 bar of boost.
If the noise is normal then could a knackered clutch cause the sluggish feeling i.e. old release bearing or where my clutch is about to start slipping?
Thanks for you help.

hey mate
the loud clicking noise is normal it means its working fine, no clicking means time for a new one!
Could be a number of things or even bad tank of fuel to make it sluggish.

At least that is some good news. I did think it could be a bad tank of fuel as the car occasionally splutters but the engine sounds fine and the revs stay normal.
I will see if anything changes at the next fuelling.
If the MAF was on its way out would I get a CEL light or will that only comne on the it is knackered?
Cheers again
