ecu code 45 from check engine light

Question ecu code 45 from check engine light

hi can any one help ive got a 1993 wrx imprezza which is running rough when idling , the check engine light is on , then when you rev up it goes away then comes back on when idling running rough on idle , coughing and popping , done a ecu check engine light test on it and the code 45 is coming up , any one point me in the right direction from there thanks kirby 32

45 Is the Pressure duty solenoid.

Maybe thats causing the fluctuation in pressure which leads to the un-even idle?

Try a ECU reset first, then if it comes back look at it again.
