Exhaust components crossover (Impreza/Forester/Legacy)?

Exhaust components crossover (Impreza/Forester/Legacy)?
I have a Forester, but is there any crossover on exhaust components.
I know that the:
MY92-00 Impreza centre section and backbox will fit a MY98-01 Forester.
The backbox from the same year of Impreza will not fit the Forester as the hangers are too short and the tailpipe is not long enough.
The question, as the Legacy has a longer system (due to the length of the car) will the backbox from a Legacy fit a Forester? Are the hangers in the place?
Is there much different in length between the Legacy and Impreza/Forester centre sections?
