Hi, I've got a Clifford Concept 600 on my '02 WRX which is set to close the windows when I set the alarm - works perfectly. For an extra few quid you can get an "Intellistart" module as well - start the car remotely from the alarm fob. Flash I know but what a laugh!! You can then also use the alarm as a turbo timer.

Hope that helps.

Don't know if things have changed with the new shapes. I looked into this a few years back for my MY99 RB5.

Yes, it was an option on the M30 alarm but Sigma put it in writing that "technically" the cars Thatcham Category 1 approval could be invalidated. Their reasoning was you're changing the function of the alarm as it was tested for approval.

They advised me to check with the insurers and Thatcham and get anything in writing before fitting anything. You could argue that no one would be any the wiser and take the gamble.

Just sounded like too much hassle to me.

You could always ask a Sigma Dealer if the car could be re-approved if they installed the option.
