wanted to get a short shift for my MY97, but after looking on the net, a B&M cost 125, but an ebay one only cost 30??
have any one tried an ebay short shifter before??

You could always try swapping the standard gear **** to something a little less like a walking stick...

Take off your gear ****, cut off an inch or two of the gear stick then cut a new thread on the shorten gear stick and replace gear ****, easy!

I think u will find that the shorter the shift, the quicker the shift.
