Get some ferrodo 2500 or ebc red ceramics. Not tried the ebc's, but the ferrodo's are great, far better than the subaru one, and cheaper!

SUBARU defo don't fit any form of Ferodo as std...........your simply buying a simple O.E. material good all-round and doen't excel at anything, particuarly if used hard!!

Prodrive offer the ds2500 as an upgrade option in one of their "kits", different pkt and totally different price to what you can buy them for!!
ds2500 can be had for around the same as the O.E. pads, you just need to know who to ask.......................LOL

I got mine from www.asperformance.com for about £125 last year, all in. Speak to Alyn on 0191 410 3770, I believe he post on here as ... no, wait, I can't remember now.

PS: Fitting them is really straightforward, you'll need some copper grease (Halfords) for the anti-squeal shims and the job itself takes about 45 minutes for the slow.

Ferodos squealing at slow speed (e.g in a queue - frequent on the M25!). Can you describe, or point me to pics, of the anti-squeal shims and where the copper grease should be applied?

I can recommend the EBC Red Ceramics. Much better than OE, and a lot cleaner in use than DS2500's. You can get them for a good price HERE or HERE.
