hello my ecu is giving me a fault code (knock sensor) what does this mean, is it the knock sensor needs replacing? if it does just need replacing i got a price £103 for the sensor is this about right

I have a sensor for sale that may be suitable for your car....
Youy can have it a lot cheaper than £103 - if it's the correct one.
