fitting a new top mount

Default fitting a new top mount

how easy is to fit a newer top mount i have seen this 2001 wrx but was wondering what work is required fitting it to a 97, also will i lose my dump valve blitz ssdv, or is there an adaptor i can buy or will it fit sraight on

itll take a bit work to get it too fit you can use your blitz dump valve buut you will need a new adapter for it to fit the newage as i the same problem with my blitz

i never ended up fitting my blitz one as i didnt have the flange intime , but here is a picture with the forge dump valve on blitz one is still sitting in my garage

i swapped with someone on here , they had ordered a newage DV by mistake and needed the old shape flange so we done a trade the supersound looks a little big when fitted to the classic though, its much bigger than the forge and im not sure if it will touch the bonnet one of the other reasons i havent fitted it

Steve your is a MY99!
A MY97 is a little different

The DV flange needs cutting off and blanking over as the ISCV is too close to allow direct fitment

One I prepared earlier

cheers for the pics dyney but you have used the recirculating dv again was there no chance in fitting the blitz.

what version intercooler is yours as it might make a difference cause im looking at the wrx 01 i/c
