I've just got a recon engine from API,
£2,200 with ported headers and a lightened flywheel
Not that hard to fit if you have other people around who now where things go
API wanted £500 to fit the engine of you dont fancy doing it yourself

PS mine was was turbo engine so may be cheaper on the sport
