Default FAO Remappers Help!!! How do I know If my ECU can be Remapped?

I am guessing it has been remapped at one point or another as when I got the car (WRX MY95) it was pushing 280bhp with just an induction kit. everything else was standard. The Ecu on my car seems to have a chip piggybacked on to the main cb.

Since then I have added an Apexi Boost controller, Later style tmic, Full decat and HKS DV.

I have a couple of Probs at the moment.

The car is stuttering intermitantly at around 4k rpm.
I have overboosting and have treid to fiddle with my limited knowledge on the AVC-r to try and eliminate Overboosting, so this isnt set up correctly.
It will only boost to a max of 1.1 bar

I know the car needs remapping but I need to know the best way to go (Read Cheapest).

The options I see are

1 Find out if the current ECU can be remappped & get the current ecu remapped.
2 Go for a scobbyecu, which would need remapping again to include the larger TMIC.
3 pray I win the lottery and get a Power FC from Andy F

here are some Photos of the Current ecu.
Sticker on the metal cover soz about crappy focus

This shows what I think is the piggy back chip 52R 1,2. Any idea what it is????

Close up of the chip in the middle with the sticker on it.

Can you tell from this if its remappable? (Hopeful but Doubtful)
How can I find out if it is?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and also any poss costs of remapping would be helpful.
Many thanks

Cheers David, is there anyone in the south of England who could help though?
The Clinic is a bit too far to go for me
