Default Knocklink activity

Hi, i purchased the knocklink in the groupbuy awhile back and fitted it as per the instructios included (cheers Russell ) but i don't get any lights unless I blow the horn and then It lights up like a christmas tree!!
Any ideas where I went wrong? Any advice is greatly appriciated?

Where did you take the 12v switched feed from ? and the earth ?

Sorry mate but it has to be said - where exactly did you mount the knock sensor???
seriously though, this is a new one! I took power from the clock light feed on my 03 so it 's only powered when the full ignition is on.
Now if the horn was touching the block somehow??

Thanks for all the answers. Power is taken from one of the switches on the dash, and doesn't get power untill the ing. is on. The horn is mounted infront of the battery, behind the lhs headlight. As for the sensor it's mounted on the block under the intercooler.
