When i was trying to start my problem car as usual today i thought i might check the map sensor as this had been changed to the later sensor by me. When i unplugged it before starting on my Microtech ECU, the map sensor showed up as OK. Also i unplugged it once the damn thing had started and it did nothing to the running of the engine.

What i want to know is this normal behaviour??
