Oxygen sensor wiring on MY03 wrx
Hi,
I would like to attempt to fit my new Lambdalink.
I have done a search on scoobynet with not much luck.
I have done a bit more research and found some technical drawings on Ravensblades website.
http://www.ravensblade-impreza.com/
On the site there are ecu pinouts for the 2002-2003 model, 2004 model and 2005 model. All US variants but I would of thought they would be the same fro UK spec.
Anyway looking through these they all show a front AND rear oxygen sensor??
Which one do I use??
It looks like it could be the rear one, but could someone please confirm this??
As the front one has 2 signal wires?????
If it is the rear one could someone please confirm that the wire is on plug B135 pin 17. Don't know what the colour is though, anybody shed any light on this???
Thanks

Superscooby,
On the 02 bugeye it is 135 pin17 the wire is blue with silver flash, dont rely on the american versions cos a lot of the colour coding for the wiring is differant to the european models you would be better getting the australian cd workshop manual.

superscoob,
you can take your live off 137 pin 3 off the ecu yellow/blue stipe wire which goes to your ignition so the lamba link is protected by the cars fuse.Just bare the wires and lay the lamba wires on top and solder saves cutting the wires then insulate.

Just a quick reply to the thread to say that I have fitted the Lambda link and it works with no problems on my 2003 wrx.
Just to confirm that the signal wire can be found in Plug B135 pin 17.
It was a blue wire (Didn't see any silver traces though, but I'm not saying that there weren't any).
The plug is the second one from the right (Looking directly at the plugs on the ecu)
Found wire and cut away the sheath, soldered the signal wire from the lambdalink, connected the green and black wires from the lambdlink to the ecu chassis and connect the red wire from the lambdalink to switched +12ve ignition.
Hope this helps.
