centre diff on version 7 ?

centre diff on version 7 ?
Hi Ive got a version 7 sti here, I dont have the lockable diff, which I thought was normal but one day I was surfing for photos I spotted a version 7 sti with a lockable differential was this an option for the version 7 ? or am I missing it

not on uk cars only fitted to the JDM ra and S2o2 and then later on spec c .
