Drop Link Material
I'm looking to get some new droplinks. Does it matter what type of droplink I get in terms of performance?
There is a big price range from Steel (£35/pair) to alloy (£80/pair)
Steel (thanks 'ozzy' I stole this pic from one of your posts)
Alloy (like Powerflex)
Is there any point in spending the extra £90?

I race seriously on steel Whiteline drop links. Never bent/broken despite a few 'offs' into the green stuff...so they are fine by me.
The alloy ones will probably do the same job, look smarter, or you can save the money and put it towards an ace alignment job which will make you go much faster than the sparkly alloy jobbies!
