VAUXHALL Semi/Full synthetic oil..........??????
Guys,Does any of you guys know....???I was told some time back,That the Vauxhall range of semi and Fully Synthetic oils were-SHELL oil in a Vauxhall packaged tub......Can anyone please conferm this either way.......Kev.

They are made by whoever will give the cheapest price i.e. to a budget!
They are not proper synthetic oils i.e. ester or pao and are merely hydrocracked mineral oils labelled as synthetic. I'm afraid you get what you pay for!
If you want a decent proper synthetic oil look at Silkolene PRO or Motul 300V (check group buys) this is a far superior oil. A bit like 1st Division vs Local league so don't compare them as the basestocks are completely different.
