Default Wiring boost gauge

Where abouts is the best place to wire these to? Looking for the gauge to come on with the headlights and wire in under the dash......cars a MY95 if it matters.

Can anyone help???

put it to back of *** lighter or radio mate, if the lights on in the day you wont see it anyway

i wired the earth to the fuse holder behind the dash (nut holding holder) switched live to foglight switch and permanent live to back of clock - gauge lights up with lights on only :-)

Theres only 2 wires coming from mine! Live and neg! thinking the *** lighter will be easiest....any idea which wire is which???

Convention says that the middle pin of the lamp goes to the positive and the outer to the negative.
More important if the guage has a metal case, this should always be the ground.
Behind the stereo there is a purpose made connector to feed the dealer fit boost gauge.
