String humming noise from front

Strange humming noise from front
Hope someone can offer help here. My MY04 has started making a weird noise when I turn right. Intermittently.
It happens more often than not, at low speed. On a slight camber. When I turn right, there is a momentary (maybe about a second or less) loud humming noise coming from the front right of the car. Almost a squeal, only deeper. It only started after the 1000 mile service and installation of the pro drive springs. But it doesn't sound like the springs. Its more like a rotating noise if that makes sense. Any ideas?
Also... I still have a rattle coming from the front dash area behind the wheel, near my right knee. Its getting worse. Its like a loose bit of plastic rattling against the dash.
And finally. The rear springs still creak a little. They are prodrive springs. The STD WRS springs never made any noise. And no lowering springs I've fitted to other cars have made noises. Ideas?
