You would know about it if you had one! theres a wee tank under the bonnet in front of the airbox and in the dash theres a button marked 'I/C water spray' or something to that effect. Its directly in front of your wiper stalk. Hope that helps.

Only wrx type RA and STi cars of that age came with water spray as Std. If you had it, you would know about it (as above).
