IIRC - I fitted that Bosch Sensor with my KL, and it did'nt matter which way round the terminals were.
Don't know about the siemens one though

No, I don't know which pin is which ! LOL - It worked the same either way round for me!

We might well make an appearance on Sunday, although Lin is out of action with Flu and chest infection at the moment
Seems like it's going to be a good turnout.

I had planned to start putting the 2Ltr 16v in the (dare I say it...) Nova this weekend though!

See ya soon

Richard

2 pin knock sensors will work either way round...it's an audio signal so it makes naff all difference.

1 pin sensors have the "other" pin grounded to chassis, so will require one of the knocklink leads similarly grounding, ideally next to the sensor, though any part of the chassis will do, though expect reduced sensitivity.

5-wire knock sensors....I really wouldn't bother.
