Question cold air feed

hi guys. on my 95 jap wrx i have an ARC air filter fitted. however, my abs is in the way of the filter and trying to get a cold air feed in seems impossible. do you guys know of a way of drawing in more cold air to it? the only option i can think of is getting an aftermarket side vent to draw in cold air!
