What first urgent!!
racing manifold will be pointless if you still have all the cats in place. you may get a few bhp from the k&n, plus slightly better throttle response.
I would spend the money on brakes or suspension to be honest matey.

Shouldn't have many cats left if it's a PPP ?
Induction may help, other easy mods are done with PPP I guess, and do you still have warranty?
Leave manifolds/headers until you have more extreme mods. If you want more umph consider a remap / ECUTek type I assume would be fine for your model, ask a few tuners like XTremeScoobies and BRD etc. for their view.

As stated above, look at your brakes first, then after you get up off the floor though laughting at your insurance company when they hike your price up considerably, look at an STi panel filter, which will probably also hike your insurance up.....
Performance is nothing if you dont have a car that cant stop
(and im not talking the 294mm brakes that are on there either
)
Let me also point out that adding airfilters/induction kits/exhausts can cause you some serious problems if your running a PPP'd car.
