Default lights upgrade

just brought a 98 subaru impreza turbo. the head lights aint all that great. any ideas for upgrading the lamps for brighter and more distance would be great

Had both a MY00 and now got a MY99 (RB5) and thought the same. Standard lights are absolute pants..... I ended up fitting a set of morrettes and they are much better than standard lights mate.

Been running 100/80 watt bulbs in my STi v3 for the last 5 years - big difference for only £20.

Am running uprated bulbs and can definitely see more CatsEyes.

I was lead to believe that the scooby wiring was at risk with 100 watters. Have you introduced a relay?
