Does the '04 WRX STI9 import have a 'closed-deck' block ?

is that a change from the UK 03 / 04 sti - if so - any other improvements? - I am assuming you are discussing the UK 05 rather than JDM

No I'm not, UK/JDM STi 7,8 & 9 or if you prefer MY 02,03, 04 & 05 cars are all SC Blocks.

thus one of tut reasons Blob onwards is much stronger engine, be it JDM or Euro
