going nutz need help!!!

I need to replace a busted bee sting aerial on my wagon and have to take the trim off on the roof to do so. Is there anyone out there with some advice on how to take the it off???
I posted a similiar question recently but got no replies so I hope someone can help me out this time.

Please please...........
