Default misfire-help needed.

im in need of some expert advice please.
i decided to fit a bigger top mount to my scoob,95uk.at the same time i got a second hand wrx manifold fitted becuase bits were broken off the oe one.
then i fitted an apexi avc-r boost controller.
all this work was carried out by a subaru specialist.
the car started doing strage things.
we thought it was overboost because the apexi was set a 1 bar.
we changed spark plugs, coils still the same problem only not so severe.
we then fitted an uprated fuel pump and fse power boost valve.now the guys in the garage tell me the car has a misfire, they say they have run out of ideas on how to sort this or tell me what the problem is.
has anybody been here and done it?can anybody help.
altogether the car has

full de-cat
induction kit
bigger tmic
fse power boost valve
fse fuel pump
apexi avc-r

Do you get the misfire on idle or through a specific part of the rpm
Try doing a compression test on all cylinders.
Your results should have no more than 7psi difference between each cylinder.

If you never had the misfire before doing all the mods, I would re-check everthing.

i have read a bit about maf sensors now,ill check that first.
the car never had a misfire before, the garage that done all the work say they double checked everything, and still dont know what to do now.
it happens in every gear as soon as i floor it and the boost hits about 5-6psi.it feels to me like she wants to go but is all choked up,so it judders and hesitates.

thanks

What gaps are the plugs set to?
What is the fuel pressure set to when idling with vac/pressure line from manifold disconnected?

Cheers
