As above, i have fitted a full decat and am now hitting 20 psi in 4th and 5th i have been told i need a restrictor, can any give me some information where i can get it from and what size it needs to be etc,

They are about £6 each

 

get a very small drill set, say 1.0mm through to 2mm then just increase the size of the brass restirtor hole by hand with a drill bit.
keep increasing it until the desired boost is reached.
