Exclamation Front Cat - Sensor?

Hi,

Had a 4" Jetex exhaust system fitted
On the "Cat" which is now removed there is a large two pin connector and on the car it is now not connected!
Car runs OK, what does this connector/sensor do?
Cheers,
Ricky.

Yep I know it exists, just sounds funny

Cheers,
Ricky.
