PART NO 22663?? WHATS IT FOR?

PART NO 22663?? WHATS IT FOR?
Hi all, can anyone tell me what this is for? Its located in the boost pipes its a double ended circular white thing with foam all around it?? It goes in line from the boost solinoid to the nipple on the top of the engine.
