my MAF sensor is on the blink and i need a new one, rang a scooby dealer and they quoted me €404 for a meter, i tried explainin all i needwas a sensor but they said they are the same..its an early 98 model

is it possible to get just a sensor or do i need the meter?

 

99/00 cars you'll ba able to buy just the sensor, other years you'll need the whole unit......
