Is a my98 ppp ecu the same as a my99 ppp ecu?

I do believe the MY97/98 ECU's are the different than the MY99/00 PPP Ecu's

If your after a MY98 one though good luck as they do seem to be much harder to find than the later ones.

No is the answer - you can only plug and play with the same MY PPP Ecu's

My MY99 Prodrive ECU has Grey connectors + pink STI sticker.

The MY98 cars have a phase 1 engine, the MY99 car has a phase 2 engine (just to clarify things
