Default Question re: replacing induction kit

Hi peeps,

Ive just won this induction kit on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...tem=2484495586

Will it work ok as a direct replacement for the one shown here ? http://www.novellguy.co.uk/scoobynet/Picture%20045.jpg

Just fancied changing it bit by bit as the engine looks a **** heap at the mo. any other ideas for tidying it up also ?
