FCD Cut Out

Does anybody know what the fcd is set to on a my99 uk spec standard turbo? looking to wind the boost up onit and want to know what i can wind it upto.

Think it's around 17.6 psi m8.

Mine was bouncing off that when I fitted the MBC anyway.
