Whats the most power you can expect on standard STi internals
As the title suggests,im in full swing on the modding front but obviously dont want to push the engine beyond its limits.Im looking at around the 400 bhp mark.Is this safe on std internals or should i lower my aim.

Many people will tell you that the stock motor is ok at 400bhp providing that the mapping is right. If the fuel runs weak, det comes in etc, then the motor, stock or 'bullet proof' will give way and you can start again!
Several threads have appeared over the month/years on this question. Tuning is to do with set-up as much as hardware.
