Default HELP REQUIRED URGENTLY

I have just changed my fuel pump because i thought it was faulty as it was not making the inital priming noise it normally does when you turn the ignition. I have check the fuses as well they all seem fine, My car still wont start and wondered if anyone could help is there a relay or hidden fuse????

HELP

I am not sure about Scoobs but most cars have a fuel pump relay which does the priming. Look in you handbook and see if there is such a relay, and perhaps someone in the know will reply as well...
