hello all ..
sti7 with magnex exhaust system and ssqv. i installed a profec-b spec II to avoid boost spikes and to get better control over boost. now after many times with trial and error i got the setup to hold at 1.1 up to 1.17 some times but the peak on the unit record a 1.3 kpa which is scaring me. as long as i am on WOT its 1.1 when i change gears it jumps to 1.3 is this normal ???

i suggest u turn it down as u WILL actually be peaking at 1.3 if u dont want that then it is no good. i will be corrected if im wrong but i have the same boost cont and it doesnt matter wat u set it up on it will always go higher espcially in third or fourth, my impreza as standard is .75 1st and 2nd but in 3rd and 4th i sometimes get .82 hope this helps
