Default more power

i've had my 1998 sti for 2 months now and im thinking its time for some more power.
It had a full engine rebuild 7000 miles ago with cosworth pistons ,uprated oil pump, cost £5500. it has a large 4" exhaust down pipe running on to a standard sti cat, then onto a stainless backbox and is running 1.1 bar of boost .standard air filter.
it was on powerstations rollers just after i bought it and it had 286 bhp/260 torque.
i ran it at santa pod last month and got 13.7/102mph and would like low 13s.
has anyone any advise on the best way to get a bit more power.
cheers
