Green Panel Filter Cleaning
I've noticed a recent loss in low down power/torque on my MY03 STI and checked the Green Panel filter (around 5,000 miles old)
The "upstream" side is totally black and obviously need attention.
What is the best/reconised way of cleaning these filters?
