Default Coolant Temp?

What is the normal operating temperature for coolant?

I have just fitted a SECS and I am getting a warning, it goes off at about 90c, then the temp just keeps rising. Is there anything I can do about this or is it normal?

I have secs and it shows a reading of peak temp at 97 but usually runs at anything between 87 to 92.If its going above 100 i think you need to double check coolant levels/thremostats etc.

john it just needs the warning set a little higher, it used to go off in mine when it was returned from PSI as it will have all basic settings, find out what temp the fan cuts in at the set at 2 degrees above that

Cheers Steve, I fitted it today, much easier than I thought.

I thought I would leave you alone for today just in case you had a hangover
