Cool MY01 WRX Outside temp sensor

In the recent hot spell I thought that the outside temperature indicator was a little pessimistic and was wondering where the sensor was. Does anyone know?

My Import came with dealer installed Lamco gauges, the temp sensor is inside the drivers wheel arch behind the indicators. Happy hunting. My gauge is also questionable.

Ta, I'll have a look.

Maybe the jetwash I gave it this morning has removed dirt covering the sensor.

The Sensor on my MY01 is located in the right hand side of the lower front grill when viewed from the front.
